FILOPUR® Water Purifiers are designed to improve the quality of
municipal drinking water connected to a mains or at the tap and intended
for domestic use only.

| · |
pressure range: 1 - 4 bar / 15 - 60 psi; inferior values reduce
the service life of the filter.
 |
| · |
for operating pressures exceeding 4 bar, a pressure reducing
valve needs to be installed.
 |
| · |
flow rate of a new filter at a water pressure of 3 bar: approx.
2,0 litres/min.
 |
| · |
maximum water temperature allowed: 35°C / 92°F
 |
| · |
do not allow hot water to enter the system, as it may seriously
damage the filter elements and consequently reduce it's performance.
|
| · |
discard the first litre of filtered water whenever a new filter
has been installed or when the unit has not been used for more
than 24 hours.
 |
| · |
the connection to a depressurised boiler (instantaneous water
heater) is not allowed |

If FILOPUR® Water Purifiers are connected to an uncontrolled water
supply, it is indispensable to carry out periodic water analyses.
In addition, it has to be made sure that dissolved industrial salts
or toxic constituents which might be harmful to our health and which
the FILOPUR® filter will not necessarily remove, cannot get into
the drinking water. |
